Baerg Marti's precious apple balsamic vinegar is filled into 30 litre Limousin oak barrels and stored for five years on Mutthorn in the Bernese Alps, at an elevation of 3000 metres above sea level. During this time the Mutthorn vinegar matures into a top quality authentic investment that increases its value of its own accord thanks to the vinegar crystals that are formed and highly sought-after by top chefs.
